The pizza is the best I’ve found in Auckland great service also very clean
1. Bought a pizza and some fries, however, only once I brought the order home and opened it I found they got it wrong AND DID NOT HAVE MY FRIES. 2. The cashier told us the drink was free but they actually CHARGED me and I did not realise when paying as I used paywave. 3. Finally when I went back, the pizza was cold. But the only compensation they gave us was the refund of money for the fries and drink, leaving me with cold pizza. NOT coming here again
We often dine at the k road branch but today had a couple of slices from this branch. Tasted great and the same as usual. Good deal for the food you get. Nice setting in a busy part of Albany.
Put through an online order at around 5PM to be picked up at 6:40PM. Got to the store at 6:38PM to pick up the order only to be told by the lady that they WERE going to contact me as the order has been ready for at least 30 minutes. It sat on top of the oven since at least 6PM so when it was handed to me, the food was cold, only the bottom of the box was warm from sitting on the oven. It has sat in the box so long that the melted cheese has hardened onto the box and just generally didn't taste fresh. Defeats the purpose of ordering and picking it up on our preferred time if the order would just be made way in advance and let sit until it's picked up half an hour later.
Lovely customer service from amazing staff however fryer is still not working so couldn’t buy the famous buffalo wings - it hasn’t been working since they opened the store so the multiple times I have made the trip for the wings and pizza I miss out on wings!! Pizza is always yum and made fresh :) PLEASE FIX YOUR FRYER!
First time in this location, must be quite new. 3:30pm, 20th of May, solo-operator managed to satisfy bunch of customers with ease. I impressed with his performance. Taste of pizza on the top range. Recommended
Lovely to meet operational manager Gus there, brilliant customer service with true passion about there product. Never tried galic knot before, after his careful introduction I decided to try it and it was very tasty and I enjoyed it. I think the atmosphere of this shop is very good. I would like to say that Gus really did a great job as the operational manager and really liked the fact that this manager gave us such a good service.
This is perhaps the single best sals I have visited. The service is unrivalled and they have almost perfected their craft despite only being open for a few days. I highly recommend this sals!! Amazing service! Never lose the enthusiasm!
best service ever !!! just opened monday and the food is top quality! yes they didn’t have mozzarella sticks BUT gave us two free slices of cheese pizza ! will 100% be coming back once that mozzarella machine starts working. Albany Sals is where it’s at 10/10
