   Pizza Hut Kumeu is a go-to spot for many pizza lovers, but my recent experience left a lot to be desired. I was really looking forward to a hot, cheesy slice, but what I got was barely warm. The lukewarm temperature made the cheese stiff and the toppings less flavorful. It just didn't have that fresh-out-of-the-oven appeal that makes pizza so satisfying. While the ingredients were okay, the lack of heat made me question the freshness. Pizza should be served hot for both taste and safety reasons. Another disturbing trait to the small joint was certain flavours of reverse Michael Jackson's had a distinctive pong to them, one that couldn't be concurred by the naked nose alone. Many were aware of the secret essence that lingered throughout the air while I was patiently waiting. It was a scent so unique, so unmistakable, emitting an aroma so potent that it could make your nose curl. Like a pungent concoction of musty gloves and a unique diet of spices, onions, garlic, etc Overall, Pizza Hut has served up some tasty pies in the past, but this time fell short. Hopefully, they can heat things up a bit for future orders and don't just buy axe body spray.

   Very disappointed in the food quality. Ordered 5x pizzas and sides. Husband picked up only to get home and discover the ingredients were minimal and the crust very overcooked almost inedible. Absolutely wasted our money on this meal, The ingredients were more in the centre and nothing on the outside. Didn't taste nice at all. We won't be returning nor will our other family members who usually order from here. Our dog wouldn't eat it. This is not the first time we have ordered from here, we're hoping they had improved.

   Great destination, great food and an awesome overall customer service experience. The only few things that were rather concerning is the lack of bins inside which is annoying when wanting to put away rubbish and also the lack of seating but does make sense as the store is small and meant for takeaway.

   I stopped by here after my group and I played paintball. It looked quite busy when we were there and the staff were keeping mostly to themselves. We did have to wait at the counter a little longer than usual but I didn’t mind. The pizzas were piping hot and fresh. Tasted great. I wished there was more seating (but this seems to be a trend now in many of these pizza places). I also wish there was a bin inside the store to throw away pizza boxes once finished with them but we found a bin a little bit down the footpath.

   We have lived in many places in NZ and have been customers to many of the pizza hut chains. This branch is head and shoulders above the others. The facility is clean and well maintained, staff professional, food comes out quickly and delicious. No scrimping on the topping at this branch.

   Very upset. I ordered 2 large pizza's and this is what I get. The one is maybe 3 quarter of the other one and the biggest slice is not even bigger than my hand. Won't support them again.
