Classes are well structured, focusing on solid technique that is clearly and succinctly explained. It's obvious the coaches are passionate about the success of each and everyone of the team. I have trained at a few places and feel very lucky that I have found this team to be a part of. If you've trained before and are keen to check it out I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.
