The gent who serverd me said these were no longer imported but sorted through his bits and pieces box and found and fitted a suitable replacement. “I went along to a weaving class with Andrea where we made a basket. It was so amazing! She taught us how to harvest our harakeke, prep our harakeke and then weave it into a basket. The group was small so she was able to do 1 on 1 with each of us if we were struggling. She also started and ended the session with karakia and taught us a karakia/song that we could use when harvesting. She answered any questions we had about harakeke and was a great teacher. It was a great class. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to learn how to weave :)”
