Jay project managed the entire process from removing my old kitchen, to installing the new one, along with having everything wired up and plumbed in. His workmanship was outstanding and he was very considerate of the needs of our family during that week. I'm thrilled with my new kitchen and want to thank Jay for making it happen.

   Jay did a great job installing our new wine fridge. He removed existing cabinets and installed the fridge to replace them. It was so seamlessly done, you would have thought the wine fridge had always been there. We are so delighted! We would highly recommend him. He’s also very pleasant to deal with.

   Jay was recommended to install our replacement benchtops. He did a great job of the install including coordinating delivery and the electricin and plumber. One bench was particularly tricky as the existing one butted up against tiling. The whole job was completed in a day with all the original tiles intact. We would highly recommend Jay.

   Jay was recommend to me by Mitre 10 Papamoa. He arranged to see the job and came as advised. He quickly sent a quote which i accepted. Once the cabinet and countertop arrived he organused a day to instal and arrived on time. The work was nearly completed that day except for a small hiccup with electrics. He returned and completed his work. I am extremely pleased with the job and with Jay for his help and workmanship.

   One of the worst tradesman we’ve had in 13 years living in New Zealand. Left a mess behind him every day he was here. Dumped all rubbish on top of our brand new appliances. Took no responsibility to check if our appliances actually fitted the cabinets, they didn’t and I had to modify and fix to correct it myself. A mysterious dent on the front of our brand new stainless dishwasher could only have been him or the electrician and I was present when the electricians were here, didn’t see them damage it but I have no proof and not expecting an admission. Didn’t turn up when he said he would even though my wife was nightshift trying to listen out for him coming – he didn’t! Turned up unannounced one weekend to fit a support for our sink which he told me he had already done. Dropped a dozen screws in my driveway where I park my car – gave me the excuse that he’d seen other nails on the ground – we have been renovating for 16 months and do clean up but no excuse for leaving things he’d dropped behind him. Tried to increase his price by $150 & GST for fitting a butlers sink but I checked back my e-mails and confirmed that he knew about the sink from my very first e-mail to him. Pushed for full payment even though he had not finished – said he’d fitted all parts that had been sent even though the kitchen company were sending re-worked drawer fronts and a couple of end panels. Even threatened to charge a 10% late payment fee! Not a pleasant experience overall, I would have been better doing the job as I have had to move drawer runners to be able to fit the benchtop and hob, deconstruct the tower holding the oven and microwave to make them fit and rebuild it again and still have a mountain of rubbish and cardboard that I received a $50 discount to dispose of myself! All the messing about, not turning up, turning up unannounced has not been good – made my wife cry which is disgusting – use this guy at your peril!
