   Disappointed after my visit today. I was given a voucher in December, no where did it mention that it was only valid for 6 months. Tried to use it, only to be told it was expired. The staff member went to ask the owner and came back to say she could honour half of it, as if she was doing me a favour. Sadly won’t be going back to this store.

   Exceptional Service from start to finish. I called from the team from Whangarei to enquire about skates and sizing for my daughter, they were happy to help. Then I placed my order online and 24hrs later my daughter received her skates. Thank-you so much team she thought she would be waiting a week, you made her day yesterday and she absolutely loves the skates and your sizing was spot on!
