I recently purchased a new heat pump from Harvey Norman TGA, and this company was contracted to perform the work on the installation of the new unit in my master bedroom. Top notch, would highly recommend. They know what they are doing and have a great work ethic to accomplish the job with best needs versus cutting corners. I observed the job entirely which took one entire day to complete, due to some minor obstacles, but my installed put in the time to do right the first time and though they accidently had some damage to some wiring unrelated (older house and original owner/builder didnt follow wiring best practices to located a light power source cable where they did. In any case, he quickly mentioned the issue I wasnt present for and sourced replacement lighting and wiring to correct the issue at no charge and performed a good replacement. I was given a one hour time block for the installation to happen and he arrived within that window and commended work fairly quickly and was courteous and friendly the entire time filling me on what was happening. Even though I am capable as an electrical/computer engineer by trade, I feel work like this should be left to the professionals and I work through the day anyway. Installation after all was the standard installation cost ($850), your price may vary of course, new unit excluded of course, but included things you might not think about like the wiring, panels, conduits, pavers, etc to finish the installation properly. Personally I feel the costs were very acceptable. My installation was also a reasonably exposed exterior wall behind the installation location, again your experience and costs may vary. Great work, very happy with the addition and very happy with the work. I look forward to possibly more work with them to correct some old wiring circuits, replacement of some older heat pumps, and anything else that comes up as they do a lot of electrical work naturally. Excellent, highly recommmend.
