   I visit Barber Tom's for my regular haircut. The atmosphere is clean with a great vibe. Jess's service is really exceptional. She's always professional, friendly and give great attention to detail. My hair is always neat and evenly cut and I leave knowing my hair looks great. The hot towel afterwards is so relaxing. I can highly recommend them!

   My Barber of choice. Been coming to Barber Tom’s since the day they opened - I am very picky when it comes to Barbers.The space is great and spacious, with a coffee/light food booth (very popular with its outdoor tables), a small private room for ladies cuts, an awesome team that is friendly and professional. My Barber is Jess, she is a real pro, friendly, a great listener and I enjoy our conversations while she cuts. Tom is a great guy, a visionary who is constantly looking at improving the offerings. Highly recommend this Barber, and I would not go anywhere else. Definitely ten steps above other Barber’s in Tauranga, real trend setters - genuine comments and no I did not get paid to endorse them.

   I’m always cautious before using a new barber due to some scarring sacrilegious events. However Jess was recommended to me by a friend and I was blown away by his fade. So I took the risk and booked in an appointment with Jess. She was super understanding, and I told her what I wanted and then showed her a picture. Not only did she emulate the haircut perfectly, but she also understood my hair, which is extremely rare with barbers I have found. She is a wizard, super talented and I would give her 6 stars if I could. Thank you Jess, you have gained a new loyal customer!
