I had a very short turn around and the team had the baskets delivered within 4 days of order. We ordered the Celebration Gift baskets and the Classic Gift Baskets. Great value and the baskets the goodies came in were very high quality. The contents were perfect for our requirements. The team sent them unwrapped but with bows and cellophane separate, so we could add in some of our own products The team also swapped a few products out for me and replaced with others. “The customer service in Seed Bayfair is always fantastic but yesterday exceeded expectations. I purchased some sneakers 2 months ago and the soles had already warn through on them. I took them in to see if there was any way of getting an exchange although I had my doubts because when I asked via the online chat, they said no. The ladies that helped me were so fantastic, agreeing that the shoes were not fit for purpose and were happy to exchange or refund back to my card. The whole exchange took less than 10 minutes and I walked out of there with brand new sneakers. Have always liked seed and found their clothing to be high quality, so even better when the staff are super friendly and helpful.”
