“We were after a delicious NZ lamb dinner and Pedro's exceeded our expectations. Delicious tender slow cooked lamb shoulder served with a generous amount of sliced potatoes and jus. Plenty for 3 adults with some to spare! We thoroughly enjoyed our first dinner in Christchurch and will stop by the Queenstown Pedro's when we get there next weekend too!”

“The place has 3 floors with plenty of seating. The rooftop is perfect for some water views and sunshine. The staff are so friendly and they even have some card games to play. The beer is all locally brewed and great! We loved the IPA. The edamame was so unique with miso sauce!!”

“Had an almond croissant and a long black. The coffee was okay. However, it was a bit bitter so I expect the espresso is overextracted. Price was good as seen In one of my photos The croissant was one of the best pastries I have ever had. It was well sized and every bite was delicious. I have also had their breads before and will say that everything they bake is very high quality and very reasonable in price considering what you get. Overall i would heavily recommend this place.”

“A peaceful and elegant oasis in the middle of Christchurch. Staffed by sophisticated gentlemen and beautiful women dressed in traditional sarees and the gift shop is like a Christmas tree. Tried their burger, masala chai, chef special and delicious chocolate cake. One of the best meals we’ve had.”

I greatly prefer buying this kind of thing in person but took a chance, and I'm happy to say that my new sheepskin is beautifully soft and dense, the hide is very even and supple, and it delivered to me in Canada within just 5 days! “Grabbed a pie and coffee here this morning - the selection was amazing - everything looked clean, fresh and very appetising. The coffee was great and the lady opened to the door for me as my hands were full. Someone using their brains! I had a steak jalepeno cheese - which I couldn’t even eat it all - hubby had classic mince and cheese. Perfect temperature. $25 for the lot (2 flat whites and 2 pies) Happy as.”
