This is a very lovely store with a variety of rugs and little trinkets to design your home. The staff are very hospitable and I enjoyed my experience.
A couple of weeks ago I went there to get a quote for a customised overlocking carpet for my Caravan. The lady said to me that it would be so expensive and suggested me to buy the simple pre made door mat and make a pattern in my caravan! I was so disappointed with her assumption of my wealthy. Even though I asked her for a business card or an email address that I could send the measurements to get a quote. She gave her phone number wrote in a piece of paper and I just left. I’m glad I found a nice company (Rug Shack) to do my carpets and obviously I could afford it. I worked as a customer service for 5 years in a big Kiwi company and I know she was unfortunate serving me like that.

Found this place online, great find lots of different sized rugs and lots of choices within the sizes to choose from, and pretty local to where we live in the BoP. We could take our purchase with us and it was reasonably priced. Nothing like seeing what you are buying in real life rather than just online. Highly recommend you go have a look.
