Ordered shoes online and turned out i couldn't fit them, drove 2 hours and 30 minutes to foot locker and were told we couldn't do exchanges or refunds on boxing day as it's busy and slows the sales they could be making, once explained about us driving 2 hours he kindly accepted to exchange and was extremely understanding, this type of service is outstanding and shows great humility. After a careful measurement, I bought a ring from the store but still got the sizing wrong (it was too small). Debbie was very helpful throughout the whole process. Lovely to speak with on the phone and over emails. Prompt communication, she is happy to do a refund even the purchase was on sale instead of store credit which I really appreciate (I think it’s really fair on the customers and really show the values of the merchant).
