Great knowledge and communication from the person who fitted my hiking boots, beautifully backed up by the other team member present at the time, without for a second taking over or undermining the person looking after us, you were both very much appreciated. I love my new Merrell Boots! Regardless of the merchandise, which is great, the customer service was amazing, thank you so much.
