“The team at Nick Scali were fantastic to deal with. Professional, helpful, patient, accommodating in letting me borrow the fabric swatch to take home for room colour matching. My sofa ended up arriving 4 weeks before my last updated ETA. We love it sooo much. The added technology of the integrated bluetooth speakers adds a touch of posh. The delivery team were also professional, quick to assemble and polite. After this experience, I’d love to buy more pieces from Nick Scali!”

I bought a new bed frame and mattress here, and to help me confirm whether there was still stock, the size of the boxes, and whether the mattress and bed frame heights matched, the lady at the front desk customer service ran to the warehouse twice even out of breath. I really appreciate her responsible and dedicated attitude. Her professionalism is definitely one of the main reasons I’ll come back to purchase more furniture next time!”

The store manager who gave us the wrong dishwasher to begin with and couldn't muster anything more than a "where's your receipt" could learn an awful lot from the excellent team of salespeople that clearly make the store a success.”
