“Our membrane deck was badly damaged during cyclone Gabriele. This caused a lot of water damage to the room below the deck. Due to new building regulations it required a complete reconstruction of the deck with lowering of the ceiling in the down stairs room and lowering of the outside soffits. Four major building companies refused to assist with the repairs. Fortunately I was given Jason’s name. It was a four month project which presented numerous unforeseen and challenging problems. I can honestly say Jason and his team conquered every challenge successfully and left no stone untouched to solve the problem . I have to mention that I am one of those very annoying customers and not a day went by with me wanting to know where, why, what and when. Jason and his team was always there to answer and explain my in hindsight unnecessary concerns. Every stage of the new build was completed to a very high standard of excellence and precision. Jason kept us informed throughout the building process so we knew exactly what was happening and why. I also have to add that the sub contractors being used by Jason works to the same standard of expectation such as expected by Jason. Jason’s building knowledge and experience, his advice given and the team’s attention to detail can only be described as phenomenal. To Jason, Scott, Britney and Jade a massive big thank you for all your hard work. Be assured it is sincerely appreciated. “When I started looking for the kitchen, I visited few big names first that are fronted by the sales teams in swanky retail spaces, rather than people actually doing the work. Those experiences left me with a belief that I'll have to get a flatpack kitchen from the hardware store to fit into my budget. However, when I met Vernon, he offered an amazing customer service, which enabled me to get a custom designed high quality kitchen at a reasonable price. Throughout the whole process, Vernon was very responsive, and made the effort to be available to discuss my requirements and any concerns. Nothing was impossible for him, and also he was able to make practical suggestions where needed, patiently answering all my questions, and updating kitchen plans and 3d views as I tweaked the design to work with chosen appliances. Vernon always kept me informed, and worked hard to fit into my timelines. He was the only tradesman on the substantial renovation project that I didn't have to worry about. We were so impressed with his attitude, skill, communication and quality of the finished product, that we ended up getting him to fit out the laundry, and make a custom back porch cabinet as well. Overall, I'd recommend you go to Vernon first, instead of wasting your time with big names as you'll get a personal service from start to finish and the best quality product possible for your budget.”
