When our real estate agent recommended that we get our house staged to help it sell, I was initially skeptical of outlaying even more money. But after seeing how Jodie's staging took the place to the next level, I am a complete convert! She turned it from an empty building into an inviting, modern-looking home and the advertising photos looked amazing. I was also impressed by the amount of effort she put into getting it looking just right. Unlike some other stagers, Jodie doesn't assign generic "lots" of furniture to your house. She comes to assess it, then returns with individually chosen items that she thinks will suit it. She took several bits and pieces back over several days and replaced them with others, until she was satisfied that it looked fabulous - and it did! Our house sold within a week of being on the market and I'm convinced that Jodie's talent had a large part to play in how quickly it sold, and the price we got for it. She was able to show prospective buyers just how wonderful it could look. If you're selling your house, I thoroughly recommend getting it staged by Jodie. It's totally worth the outlay, I think you'll be amazed at how she can transform it.
