“Flowers on Pollen is an AMAZING service! I have used them twice now and the flowers delivered have been beautiful. Their customer service is also incredible. I was trying to arrange a flower delivery to a rural area after a family loss and unfortunately due to the location and an upcoming public holiday the courier service was going to be delayed. They promptly called me to discuss the new expected delivery date and kindly gave me the option of a full refund as I explored other options to get flowers delivered sooner. Another company I went with fell through last minute so I emailed Flowers on Pollen back over the weekend and they were so kind and considerate to help me fulfil the order. The staff I spoke to over the phone and email were so lovely and compassionate during a hard time for my family. The card message I got to include with the flowers was also beautifully handwritten.
