I could not have been happier with the service at Moffatts. I had supplied the wrong delivery address, and the team went out of their way to assist with getting the courier to re-direct the order. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I ordered peonies for my sister's birthday, and she was so delighted to receive them. The quality of the bouquet and colours was amazing. I highly recommend Moffatts and will use them again.

My family and i live in Australia and returned to Christchurch, New Zealand to bury / rest our Mother with out late Father. we were reccommended this service through a friend who had her wedding flowers made here. Although we were last minute the staff were approachable and helpful considering the timeframe we had. I live in Sydney and ordered online a bouquet of Orchids for my friend's Sister's funeral in Christchurch. The customer service used to be reasonably good 10 years ago, but now they don't bother to respond to emails and they're so rude to people. It's a shame as this region used to be friendly 30 years ago. This business is reminder of how unfriendly and stuck up the area is becoming.
Since discovering Moffatts flowers in 2021, i've placed 7 online orders for gifts. The ordering process is very straight-forward, every bunch of flowers has been received with much happiness and the receivers all comment that the flower quality is excellent/flowers last a long time. Highly recommend!
Was super pleased with the flowers from Moffatts. It can be tricky living overseas and ordering from a local company. I hoped that the flowers were going to be true to their website and they were perfect! In fact, they were identical. I can happily report that they are still going strong over a week later. i can highly recommend and will definitely order from again.
