   They wasted my time I ordered two weeks ahead of time for a dried floral arrangement. Came to pick them up on the day I had selected and they said it wasn’t ready as they had an emergency order through. Not good enough! I had ordered before this emergency order and should have been priority. Disappointed and annoyed that I had to waste my day which was already extremely busy and I did not have time for having to wait an extra hour and go away and come back for them to make my arrangement. Time, money, fuel all wasted thanks to them. Unprofessional
