I’m OBSESSED. Ordered a sample pack, honed in on two favourites immediately, and I’ve petty much used them up in less then 24 hours lol, so of course I had to order two bigger ones to satisfy my obsession asap. I actually really like the layering of both Back Beach & Holy smoke together, soo good!

Initially, I was in love with Castro and Narcosis, but after having bought the Sampler set and trying a few of the scents, I was unexpectedly drawn to Mary Mary II and Black Beach. Black Beach is thrilling and risky while maintaining a certain calmness, and Mary Mary II is airy and mysterious but grounded, an intriguing duality. A sensory experience and well worth a visit!.
The best boutique perfumery in NZ we’ve found. A simple scent can trigger even the most distant memory, and this inspires the fantastic and singularly unique fragrances here. Go in, test Castro and tell me you don’t smell it.. it’s crazy good. Each fragrance has it’s own individual story and inspiration, which we love!! Castro had me walking into a an outdoor, wooden beamed bar in Cuba, at sunset, humid, all Rum and sweet cigar smoke, ceiling fans slowly circulating the warm air… it’s outstanding. First time shopper. Love this unique gorgeous boutique. Locally made products, staff are well informed and have a great understanding of all of the products. Good Covid practices in place. Will definitely be going back.
