My last job before I retired was working in retail at Movieworld so I do know all about good customer service. This lady whose name unfortunately I didn’t find out was just as pleasant to me when I didn’t make a purchase. “Nicky absolutely saved the day and my dress! I went and saw Nicky to have my wedding dress altered after it arrived 3 weeks before my wedding and it was much too big for me. My dress was completed within a week and fitted me like a glove afterward. She did such a thorough and amazing job, she kept in touch regularly throughout the process too. I also got to see some of the custom dresses she was working on while I was having my fittings, she is incredibly talented and her work is amazing. Would 100% recommend Nicky to any brides to be.
