   I recently had two clothing items repaired during a repair workshop hosted by Common & I can't recommend them enough for clothing repairs! I had two slightly tricky mends but the group of sewers was experienced, quick, and lovely to chat with. My clothing items are now good as new! I love the mahi Common does in the community, so I was pleased that I could support them and have my garments back in wearable condition.

   I attended the Commons repair day last Sunday and bought in a dress and a merino top that had moth bites in it. I had thought that the top was potentially beyond saving. Charli, Trace and the ladies that did the repairs were super welcoming and gave helpful suggestions on how each item could be repaired. The took their time to make sure it was done up to their high standard and I came away in awe with their workmanship. It was faultless. Have included a picture of the stunning hand embroidery that they did. For $10 each item, its well worth the trip to their premises to support their effort in prioritizing circularity. What a awesome initiative and super affordable option for giving our clothes another lease of life ❤️. Tino pai tō mahi Common crew.

   Had a few pieces I needed mended at their repair workshop. The volunteers did a great job, were friendly and very quick! $10/garment is a bargain and a great way to contribute to this amazing sustainable clothing charity. I have purchased many items from Common, both online and In store and I am always impressed with the high quality of goods Charli & Trace provides at their shop. Definitely recommend!
