The yoga classes push me in a good way- whether it be physically or mentally, I always seem to have my needs met on the day, leaving either relaxed or revived. The new building is stunning- so much thought and care has been taken with the design- even the bathrooms are gorgeous! But my favourite place of all is the relaxation snug. “I can't talk highly about Danielle! I've done Pilates, yoga and one on one personal training sessions with her. I've seen her through a range of physical abilities, from trying to get fitter, being fit and taking it to the next level and post knee surgery. She is extremely knowledgably, professional, positive and absolutely gets the most from you. I'd book in with her all day, every day, if I possibly could. The studio space is next level and her equipment is the best. I love her machines, well, love and hate some of them.... but that's what I'm there for.
