“Pools are nice i wish the lane pool was warmer like i would be happier if it was like 28C or 29C also it would be good if they would add a bulk head in the main pool as its 33M and i prefer 50M and 25M Pools would love to see it become an indoor pool sometime in the future”

“The calm vibe at Alma is what keeps me coming back. The yoga classes push me in a good way- whether it be physically or mentally, I always seem to have my needs met on the day, leaving either relaxed or revived. The new building is stunning- so much thought and care has been taken with the design- even the bathrooms are gorgeous! But my favourite place of all is the relaxation snug. A hot herbal tea and a sit down after class is the perfect tonic before setting off back into the real world!”

Abby is so easy & fun to follow along with and offers ways to increase or decrease difficulty so it really is for everyone. Highly recommend!”

“I can't talk highly about Danielle! I've done Pilates, yoga and one on one personal training sessions with her. I've seen her through a range of physical abilities, from trying to get fitter, being fit and taking it to the next level and post knee surgery. She is extremely knowledgably, professional, positive and absolutely gets the most from you. I'd book in with her all day, every day, if I possibly could. The studio space is next level and her equipment is the best. I love her machines, well, love and hate some of them.... but that's what I'm there for.
