Disappointing experience as a visiting player. We booked and paid for a specific court, but were pressured by local players to move to another court further away during mid set, which felt intimidating and unwelcoming especially as tourists. We also paid a hire fee only to find the gates unlocked and accessible to anyone, raising both fairness and safety concerns. While the courts themselves are good, clearer booking enforcement and secure access are needed to ensure paying visitors can use the court they’ve reserved without confrontation.
