“Outstanding food! The Wontons are my crack. The sweet and sour Chicken is my lover. The burgers here are also really good, and they have outstanding Thickshakes! This is one of only two fish and chip shops in Hamilton, I like and recommend! These guys are a neighbourhood gem and are criminally underrated. The fish is fresh and flaky, the salt ratio is perfect and they have so many options, that you'll never get bored either! I felt like everything, so I had a UK style Cheeky Chinese, with sweet and sour, crunchy chips, Wontons and a sneaky piece of fish. My lord. What a spot smasher!”

“First visit in this Japanese restaurant in the lunch time. We arrived early and few customers were already inside. This is one of the few authentic Japanese cuisine restaurants in town. As you enter, it seems like you are in Japan, great decorations, long bar featuring traditional customs. Food came quickly, we ordered some chicken karage for our chidren, my wife ordered salmon with salad and me lamen. All tasted fantastically nice, soft rice and well seasoned. Owners are Japanese, that explains much of the quality and precision. Looking for another good experience in the future.”

“This place is good for those who want to have real Chinese hotpot soups. They have vegan broth too if you ask them. Only one thing bothered me is there are weak fans. So, during the meal steam from hotpot blows to your face. After you smell like those hotpot’s)))”

“We walked in off the street with our 2 mokos. There was no hesitation about giving us the last table. The restaurant was so very busy but there was a very relaxed feel, despite their busyness. The attendents were friendly and engaging. There was an apology for the length of wait time but no apology was needed, the food was delicious, your service tops and the atmosphere was perfect. “Stayed here while attending a meeting at the University. Nice space, comfy bed, shared bathroom (not my favourite - but clean and modern). Nice shared lounge space, and close to the dining room. Lovely breakfast service. Highly entertaining watching the sparrows flitting around the auto door sensor so the doors will open. They fly in, eat breakfast, and then fly out. Clever wee creatures - must be that university education :)”
