Great studio with welcoming and supportive staff. I was shy to start, but I am more confident about my body now than I ever have been, despite being a couple of babies down the track! Fully recommend. Only downside is street parking can be a bit tricky for earlier classes, so aim to get there about 10min early to find a spot.
All the instructors are great at making you feel safe and confident while learning. Really encouraging atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get stronger and have an actually fun time while exercising.
For anyone who wants to do fun exercise with no running around. Extremely satisfying when you learn to trust your body to keep you up even with the most scary-looking of moves. You don't have to be graceful to learn pole.
