In that time I have experienced only one organisational problem, and it was unclear whether it originated with the travel agent of the airline. Nevertheless it was resolved by Brooker by telephone within half an hour, and I was able to continue my journey as scheduled. Over the years of my acquaintance with Booker I have been treated unfailing courtesy and patience; many times various staff have 'gone the extra mile' to satisfy my requests and to tailor my travel according to my needs. The young lady ran to the car and got the phone through customs to us and didn't charge us the service fee to fill up as it wasn't our fault. Thanks so much. The car was also nice and easy airport parking”
