Recently booked our travel plans through Zest4Travel. While in transit, one of our connecting flights was cancelled. We were able to get on the phone with them, after hours, and they were able to sort us a new flight without us having to stress at all. We even arrived at our destination earlier than we had originally been scheduled!
We always book with Zest when we travel internationally, and that recently paid absolute dividends when our connecting flight was cancelled when we were already on our way! We called the out-of-hours emergency phone number and we were promptly fixed up with re-booking our flights - we even arrived earlier than initially scheduled, due to their travel wizardry getting us on a code-share flight! I would never travel without knowing they have our backs covered from afar. Could not recommend them more highly!

Janine was unbelievably helpful and supportive, at a time of (desperate) need!! I rang her out of hours for her help getting back to New Zealand, and she immediately set about helping, was so kind, really put me at ease, and was completely non-exploitative... Talk about going the extra mile! This company deserves an ethics award, and I cannot rate Janine and her team more highly. The advice I received was excellent, advice that I could really trust, and with that has earned a future loyal customer... this will be the Team that I go to from now on for helping with my travels. Brilliant service at all times! Janine, Prachi and the team look after my regular business trips with ease, and when we changed covid levels they were incredibly proactive and contacted me after-hours to let me know what options they had sorted for me. A few minutes after I had landed they rang me to say they had rebooked me on another flight home! This was done at no charge and it took the stress out of everything. I didn't have to sit on the phone for hours trying to get through to Air NZ. This is the epitome of a good travel agent!
Booked a 6-week trip with Jenny Galliven in February, pre-pandemic. This was the 6th time we have used Jenny's expertise and, again, we have received first-class service. From the many changes we made pre-booking to the eventual refund of our flights from 3 different airlines, Jenny has been outstanding in her communication, keeping us up to date and outlining our options so we could make the best decisions in difficult circumstances.
