Gary Harley at House of Travel Dunedin City is simply the best. We no longer live in Dunedin but will always use Gary for all our overseas travel requirements. Our recent cruise vocation from Los Angeles to Auckland on Royal Princess was amazing and Gary was a huge help with all the bookings and other travel arrangements and tours.

Went to get some advice for our up coming trip and met with Tony. I left feeling really under valued as a potential customer as he gave no relevant advice at all and was dismissive to answer my questions. I went in wanting to get more information and he couldn’t tell me anymore than what I already knew. I came out no better off than before I went in. I really hope that future customers receive better customer service than what I did. Definitely some more training on customer service and a willingness to help find relevant information as it seemed he wasn’t interested in helping us. Unfortunately we will need to take our business elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible service, will never use them again
It's hard going booking a holiday, when you need an appointment to see someone. No spur of the moment grab a brochure. Antony was great though. Helpful and friendly service.
