“It was a peaceful and cozy stay. The friendly two cats and lambs were so adorable. we'll visit again next time.❤”
“Have had Propertyscouts Dunedin as my property agent for 4-5 years now. Very happy with the service received, the property has always been tenanted, tenants have always paid the rent on time and looked after the property.”

“The location is good, the B&B is super clean, with breakfast included, enthusiastic service and sharing of good attractions, highly recommended.”
“We were expecting a fairly basic cottage, but the photos don't do it justice. Once inside, it's HUGE: a very large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a very large bedroom upstairs. And to top it all off, a wood-burning stove with some logs made the place just perfect. It was splendid. On top of that, our host, Alan, is a wonderful person who gave us a fantastic welcome. Thank you, Alan, it was marvelous! The breakfast is very good but could be improved to make the stay perfect. Thanks again, Alan!”
“Fantastic accommodation in a lovely setting. Views are Beautiful across the harbour and the room is great. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Friendly hosts and overall a great experience. Would highly recommend as a great place to stay.”

“Great place to stay in Dunedin. Good sized rooms and living area. Everything you need for self catering and close enough to all the food places. The host was really good as well, nothing was too much and she even showed us around the church they are doing up.”
“Well I live here, so kind of love the place really. Come and find out for yourself, you're most welcome.”
“Stayed here for many months while I worked in Dunedin and couldn't recommend enough. The staff Bianca and Mitz are so welcoming and really look after the guests! There's a bar downstairs with cheap drinks and good vibes too! Highly recommend :)”

“The best breakfast I ever had!! And rooms are so clean and cosy. The garden is just amazing! But the best thing is Mary and Pat themselves! So open hearted and friendly! One of the best B&B stays I ever had!”
“This is an over-due review; because, we did not find out about B&B Homestay online. We were given their contact information from a friend of theirs who ran a local hotel. We came into town the night of the Pink concert, and there were no rooms available in the town. We called, and Brenda hastily got our accommodations ready while we had a lovely dinner at a restaurant she recommended. Brenda and Bill, thank you for coming to our rescue, providing a comfortable room, a delicious breakfast, and a relaxing soak in your hottub at sunset. It is one of our favorite stories from our trip. Your friends in Minnesota, Marcia and Brian Johnson”
“Highly recommended! We had Paul and his team sell our family home recently and we had a really great experience. Paul knows his stuff and is very thorough with the details. He quickly became like a friend of the family with our 5-year-old asking, "When is Paul coming to visit!?" Selling and buying your next home (especially with young children) can be a very stressful time but we found him very calm and collected. He broke each step down and told us to take each step as it came. We got a very thorough appraisal and a personalised booklet which explained the whole process, and with so much information to process it was great to look back on if needed. Paul was always at the end of the phone if we needed him and took the time to visit and meet with us when there was a lot of info to go over. We missed out on the home we originally went on the market for, and it was particularly comforting that he took the time to give us this news in person. His advice and confidence kept us steady, and we ended up finding our dream home. We're so glad we didn't give up at the first hurdle! I highly recommend Paul and his team and want to thank you all for doing such an amazing job! Top notch communication, communication and professionalism. If you want your house sold, go to Paul. He'll get the job done! Will see you at the housewarming :)”
“Excellent amenities and friendly hosts!”
“Our very lucky find travelling the Peninsular, and it was faultless. Thanks Kathy.”
“We got married here almost a year ago. The setting/location is beautiful and provides tons of photo locations. The cabin we stayed in for a couple of nights was cosy, and the breakfast items, particularly the home baked bread was delicious. We'll definitely be going back for a couple nights on the future.”
“Very good accommodation. Very quiet and fantastically located on a bay. Definitely recommended. Hostess is very nice and speaks German.”
“This is a very nice renovated motel. The kitchen is very tidy, the bathroom and shower facilities very new and of high quality. Even though it is cold outside it has great heating facilities in every space. Beds are very comfortable. But more than anything the owner is very lovely and great customer service. Great bargain!”
“Comfortable, clean, big room with small kitchenette. Short walk to centre of town, shops and cafe's. Shared foyer with one other room so some noise when coming and going.”
“Great outlook and wonderful hospitality”
“Stunning views all around and lots of wildlife to see including birds and fur seals.”
“What a wonderful place. The drive from Dunedin via Port Chalmers to Aramoana is a special experience in itself. Margaret's extraordinary castle and Dois Arche top it all. Thanks again for the wonderful time with you. I hope I can return to Dunedin and Aramoana soon. Best regards, Steffen”
“Outside of the city, and so peaceful. Lovely breakfast, comfortable bed and will appointed room. Definitely recommend.”
“A comfortable, well equipped 2-bedroom unit underneath the main house. Full kitchen and also has washing machine and dryer. The steps down from the street to the unit are manageable with luggage. However, the unit doesn't claim to be nor is it set up for people with physical disabilities and the steps might be problematic for that situation. The unit is well-located high just a 2-minute drive down the hill to the Dunedin CBD. But if you don't have a car, be prepared for a steep 10-15 minute walk back up the hill.”
“Fantastic place, would recommend it. Perina and Don are amazing people and will really Look after you.”
“I wouldn't send my dogs to any other kennels. They are so we'll looked after and cared for. Highly recommended”
