Thanks for leading me though Reiki Level 1, Sarah. You shared your knowledge with us as I was a complete beginner. It felt safe and reassuring. You were well organised and I loved the relaxing views.
I recently completed my Reiki Level 1 course and found Sarah's teaching methods to be not only enjoyable and easy to follow, but she also took her time in fully explaining and showing the techniques. The environment is a lovely space for learning and I highly recommend Sarah to anyone thinking about beginning their Reiki journey. Personally, I am looking forward to moving onto my level 2 later this year with Sarah.

I was sceptical .about trying reiki but after a stressful house renovation I decided to give it a go. Sarah is a very relaxed, smiley person. The session was very relaxing and Sarah identified an injury on my right hand side. It was an amazing experience, I dont know how it works but I felt so much better! I will definitely be a regular now.
I went to Sarah with little understanding of Reiki, Sarah was very open and explained what she would be doing and why, she showed me the crystals she would be working with also. It was a very comfortable, warming environment. Sarah started the Reiki and even though she was fully focused she would always answer my questions when I asked. I told her that I was having issues with my knee and my sinuses so she did some Reiki on these areas and it gave me a weird but soothing feeling, my sinuses were temporarily unblocked and my knee went really hot but it felt better! I will definitely be going back to see Sarah again.
