If you want to be pampered, here's is the place! Lovely staff and knowledgeable about beauty products and looking after yourself. Welcoming and cozy surroundings.
I got a lash lift done. The staff were friendly and it was a nice salon. Initially I though my lash lift looked good but the next day when I looked closely I could see one side was much more lifted than the other and I ended up having to trim my lashes a bit to even them out.
I had a facial today which was relaxing but having paid for an hour and only barely getting 45 minutes was disappointing and left feeling ripped off also was left feeling somewhat greasy. The hand massage was lovely.
Lovely place and staff but I think it would be helpful for future clients if they make it clearer that their deep tissue massage is more of a strongish Swedish massage (therapeutic, surface level massage) than an actual deep tissue one. My massage while nice, didn't target deep areas of muscle, or apply or work out knots etc. It also finished approx 10 mins before scheduled time.

Nice massage, disappointing was the room was very cold felt myself trying to stay under the covers to keep warm, the sound from the premises was very loud, I booked a relaxation massage as was placed in the room closest to the entrance which was very loud the whole time I could here chatting a laughter from the reception, my friend who was having a pedicure was in one of the back rooms and didn’t hear anything, I don’t want to leave a bad review as the massage was lovely but no did not relax which was out of the controls of my masseuse.
Facial itself was decent but the light in the room was too bright so I couldn’t fully relax and the service finished 10 minutes early for some reason which I was a bit disappointed about.
My husband had a terrible experience here this last week. The receptionists ignored him, chatting amongst themselves. The massage therapist put a towel over the face support of the massage table that covered the opening, while he was laying on his belly, making it very hot and difficult to breathe and when he asked if she could remove it, she replaced it with another towel that was the same. We've had massages all over the world and never had anyone expect us to breathe through a towel. Usually the face/head support on massage tables is such that the hole in the middle allows you to breathe easily and you can see the floor. And on top of that the towel they made him breathe through wreaked of some awful smelling laundry detergent. My husband felt claustrophobic, like he couldn't breathe, and he was overheating because it was like wearing a mask that covered his entire face. And the smell of the laundry detergent was just offensive. It was clear that his comfort was not a priority while in this day spa. Very disappointing as we were hoping to find a place we could both go to regularly for massages. Won't be going here again.
