   Horrible reception. Extremely arrogant and rude. I tried calling to book an appointment and ask a couple of questions asked if 2 dates were available was met with arrogant laughter in my face and immediately before I had the chance to ask another question was hung up on horrible person to try and work with. Do not go here if you value genuine hospitality and care for the dogs/customer

   I want my money back. NO Stars for this place but it wouldn't let me post without the 1 star! My beautiful Cavachon went in for her first groom and I specifically asked her at least 4 times I do NOT want her shaved. I just wanted a very light trim all over. Granted, she had some knots behind her ears and under her arm but NOT over her whole BODY or her NOSE. I go to pick her up and I did not even recognise my own dog! She looks like a shaved poodle now! And I am beyond upset. She even shaved her NOSE!
