“What can I say ...... Aurora is a fantastic groomer! We have been taking our Cavoodle puppy Maggie to see her for about six months now and she is so caring & patient with her. As our pup is extremely timid, Aurora has taken the time to get her used to all the processes of being groomed and the proof is that when we turn into her street, our puppy gets so excited and is really happy to see her. “I took my very old poochon here and after i drooped him off i felt very happy, i explained the issues with Louie being old and dibetic and that he reacted to the loud hairdryer noises, The owner went through the options and siad he would look after Louie and when i picked louire up i was exptremem;y pleased they took extra time to brush out the mats in his wool coat. definately going back. The best groom louie has had in many years”

“Had a comfortable & thorough clean with my big floofy boy who is not easy to clean. Had issues with cash note not scanning but was sorted out great. So suggest coins for payment. Shampoo & conditioner was good and easy to use, no need for intense scrubbing or no bad / strong smell. Perfect temperature for water and dryer”
