   I was a new customer but was given no opportunity to meet the groomer or say what I wanted. The grooming was satisfactory but too long on one dog. The owner was rude and unwelcoming and accused me of trying to pressure the groomers when I asked how long it would take. I realise mid December is a busy time, but it was an unpleasant experience and I will not be going back.
