“Wonderful all round service!! Right from the start the communication was amazing. Thea returned my online enquiry within half an hour. I didn't have a post trauma, hoarding or extreme clean situation as listed on their website, but did have what I thought were some deep seated stains on the carpet from sick and elderly pets. Getting it cleaned appropriately and effectively was very important to me. I thought maybe this company may decide it wasn't their typical work as they seemed to the do the "big" jobs? But doing the "big" jobs I figured they would know their stuff, so I reached out anyway. I was not disappointed!! Thea listened to the issue, offered some great advice and booked an appointment within a few days to sort a clean. Nothing was a problem! Throughout the whole process Thea kept me informed of what she, and her son, were doing. Such a genuine, down to earth person, and we had a few laughs along the way. The stains were removed and I am so very pleased with the outcome. The pre and post job communication far exceeded my expectations. Thea - you and your team do an incredible job! Thankyou so much!
