AN EXPENSIVE NIGHTMARE... I took a set of curtains in for cleaning ..was told of the risks with shrinkage & thermal lining possibly being damaged if it was old or exposed to sun. These were new curtains & on a south facing wall so no sun exposure at all. When I picked them up NO ONE mentioned that one curtain was damaged completely with the ENTIRE thermal backing REMOVED ..you can see its been cut. So my nightmare began when I got home. The smell stunk the whole house out ..hard to describe the smell of burnt & melted thermal material ..but like an intense stength of ammonia ..very toxic! My partner & I went back in to be told by Kristy, the Manager ..apparently, that they didn't know anything about it at all ???? ...and she couldn't smell anything after sniffing it for a few minutes in front of us. We got no explanation why the left curtain was ok but the right was completely destroyed. So we no longer have a pair! We got no apology or any kind of respect. No offer of refund or compensation. Apparently since I'd signed a waiver they took absolutely NO responsibility ..all they took was the $$ She said that if I spent another $250~$350 on a new thermal lining they could sew it to the stinky bit that was left. WE LEFT & went straight to Miller's where the curtains were recently made ..they were disgusted & in a state of shock ..just couldn't believe it ..and were gagging with the smell!! They suggested we take action against them by lodging an Insurance claim ..which we'll be looking into. What a complete disaster ..and waste of money ..and after all that ..the curtains still have marks & stains on them ...NIGHTMARE ON WALTHAM ROAD!!
Michelle was extremely helpful and made everything easy. This is the second duvet I have had drycleaned and the first one looked amazing when I collected it.
I had 2 down jackets cleaned. Such an amazing job. They are like new!! The loft has been restored so they are warmer again. I can't recommend enough.
Took a brand new pair of shorts in for stain removal, I had already soaked them which doesn't help as stain sets but Di said they would give it a go to get the grease stain out. The stain was dramatically reduced, and Di explained their non chemical approach. Very satisfied and reasonably priced. Thanks Di and team

I had my daughter’s duvet inner dry cleaned and had a few issues with the end result. Max the manager then contacted with concern over the situation straight away.
