    My company has been using Janiking as our Contract Cleaners for over 2 years. What we have liked is JaniKings willingness to work with us on specific projects and also the communications in both directions if/when there have been any issues. Recently they have done a fantastic job tidying up what has been a large unused office space at our premises and really brought it back to life, the very detailed contract allows for very comprehensive discussions when wanting anything followed up on or addressed. I do recommend JaniKing as a cleaning company and appreciate how well and often they are in communication with me also the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Simon W

    Terrible experience, I wouldn’t waste your time/ money. Promised a lot, but didn’t deliver. We met with cleaners/ managers on-site multiple times, multiple emails, notes to try to get the cleaning up to an acceptable standard. The contact is difficult to get out of and the worst part was the cleaning got worse, during our cancelation notice period. Nothing was done about this/ or even acknowledged and our bank account was direct debited the full charges. Would not recommend!

    Spam received from these spammers: Good afternoon, you are receiving this email because you may have considered using Jani-King Commercial Cleaning services for your corporate offices in the past. We know 100% we have never ever dealt with this company - they have purchased an email database from someone and will not say who it's from. I suggest anyone else getting their SPAM also lay a complaint. Regarding their lying response - the email address they sent their SPAM to has ONLY been running for 2 months, so this HAS been harvested off the internet. This business has NEVER given any details to their sales people.
