   Fantastic service, the cleaner did an incredible job of our carpet and the customer service was top-notch. I had zero confidence that the stains would be removed but I was blown away and I stand corrected. I will be using Jae’s services again 100%.

   Did everything exactly as they said they would. Showed up on time, polite, quick. Answered my stupid questions ( sorry again Richard, I was dazzled by your efficiency. ) Sent me photos so I could decide if I wanted a second clean ( hard to shift oil stains ) Nain kept me up to date and answered all my questions ( she's a treasure ) Nathan gave me a discount because they weren't happy they couldn't remove the stains, thank you Nate.

   First phone call the woman couldn't communicate very well. Second phone call I was quoted between $180.00-250.00 for a coffee stain to be removed that was less than 1 month old. The technician like myself, found the stain hard to see as I had previously diluted it but told me it would be $250.00. I said I just wanted the stain treated.NOT the whole lounge to make it cheaper.He said it it will still be $250.00 for the stain.So he will do the lounge to blend it in. I felt stuck by this as I needed the stain cleaned. It didn't need blending in with the type of carpet it was. I had emails back and forward to express my complaint and got no where,as they defended $250.00 for a coffee stain. Be careful when dealing with this company.Communication I experienced with all four people involved was unprofessional. VERY EXPENSIVE. I can not recommend ,or will use them again.

   Ben and his team were incredible. I had them come in as part of an insurance claim that I thought might be a lost cause and I’m so grateful for the level of effort they put in to fixing the issues that a different provider had caused. Honestly, what they’ve been able to achieve is magic and I now wouldn’t be willing to use anyone else but them for my future upholstery and carpet needs.

   We had a flood in our hot water cupboard with the water extending into the hallway. Jae Services handled the drying out of the carpet, relaying and cleaning after the builder and painter completed thier work. I was impressed by the friendliness and competence of the Jae staff. Would have no hesitation in reccomending this firm to others and would definitely use them in the future. Thanks for a job well done.

   JAE's Carpet Cleaning Service's arrived on our doorstep in the late afternoon of one of the worst days of our lives. We flooded 70% of our brand new house. Mark was like a shing angel. He didn't leave our property until approximately 10pm that night as he worked efficiently to extract more than 30 litres of water from the flooring throughout our new home. He explained realistic expectations of how many days all of the machines may need to be in our flooded house for before they'd dry out. The JAE's team touched base with us every day & visited our home to check the progress. Explaining things to me with my many questions never seemed too troublesome even though they were very busy people. After only 4 days our beautiful new home was dry again. Mark and the team had provided us with some great information on future carpet care and maintenance. This was an insurance claim arrangement, but our family would absolutely use JAE's again in the future. We trust them 100% and have only been treated with kindness and respect in our home during a very emotional time. Thank you so much Mark & team at JAE's for saving my family's first home.
