“The Bays is an amazing kindy! Our usual kindy is under renovations so we have come to The Bays for a couple of terms - and we are so impressed! We have been welcomed with open arms and it really does feel like a second home. All of the teachers are so amazing and have created such an amazing culture - they are nurturing, encouraging and respectful. Highly recommend!”

“Our child has been going to sweet pea for almost a year and has thrived. The teachers are really hands on and always available to discuss their progress and how the day has been. Each day there and new and exciting activities set up and the environment is perfect for busy toddlers and has a really nice homey feeling. Having an excellent chef on staff means that the kids are getting healthy and varied food. We have loved our experience with all of the staff and are excited for our second child to be starting in a couple of months.”

“Our daughter attended Kindercare-Addington for over a year, starting in the Tui Room and later moving to the Pukeko Room. We couldn’t be happier with the care and support she received. The teachers have been so accommodating to her needs — from helping with potty training to teaching her songs, and basic facts that toddler should know. One thing that really impressed us is how well they encouraged healthy eating habits. Our daughter now enjoys vegetables and fruits that many parents struggle to get their kids to eat — like carrots, cucumber, capsicum, and even onions! From the very first day I visited, I noticed how well the school maintains cleanliness and hygiene, which was a major deciding factor in enrolling my toddler. It’s been wonderful to watch her grow in confidence, skills, and healthy habits during her time here. Sadly, we have to move her to another preschool due to our recent house move, but we are very grateful for everything that Kindercare-Addington has done for our daughter. Highly recommended!”

“I wasn't overly keen on the little one going to day care, those exhausting years ago. But then the little one started and I was needed to do drop off and pick up increasingly for a while. The staff have some sorta knack with kids. My treasure of a child helps them, even informs them of the time and how to go about the required tasks. They have almost become her second home. She has blossomed so much and learning so much about being a good person, sharing toys beds mat time what ever. Learning about compassion for her class mates. This centre has been the best choice for out little treasure mostly due to the staff their patience under standing and willingness to push for that next step in development. I don't know who will be saddest about the eventual moving on to school the staff the little one or the wife and I.”

“Both of my boys attend Annabels New Brighton and have since around 1 year old. I feel happy leaving the kids in a safe environment, well staffed & provides great learning and activities to keep them occupied. The teachers are qualified & really build a great rapport with the children.”

“I only have good things to say about Annabel’s - we absolutely love it! Our daughter started in the nursery, then the pre-k & is currently in the kindy, and truly thrives there. The teachers are outstanding- so caring, fun & organised, and have been so amazing helping my daughter transition to each room. There are so many fun activities - singing, dancing, arts, crafts, outdoor fun + more. My son has just started in the nursery & I am excited for him to be starting his Annabel’s journey.”

“Three Trees has been an amazing preschool! The teachers are friendly and get to know you and your child well, and I love how much time they spend outside. Such a calming centre to walk into, it's been so well designed. We will miss this place once we're at school!!”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE annabels Avonhead, I moved over to this side of town for the school & preschool. 2 of my children have been there in the past 2 years , my daughter is still there and it’s amazing! The teachers are beautiful , they take their time with every child . My daughter feels comfortable and safe every day . I would highly recommend this preschool and have done to so many people .”

“My three youngest kids attended Best start Halswell road and I couldn’t have been happier with this team. The center is run by Kerryn, who is not only professional but is kind, empathetic and went above and beyond to support us as a whanau. The staff are absolutely amazing!! I could confidently go to work knowing my kids were safe and well taken care of. Thank you to the team for the outstanding services provided. A special shout out to Ayanthi and Tegan who are phenomenal teachers, who have helped my kids thrive and who my kids absolutely love! Five stars for sure!!”

“Our son has just started at Huntsbury Preschool and I couldn’t recommend it higher enough. He has settled in so well and that’s all thanks to the amazing teachers. They have been so kind and nurturing towards him. They really get to know each individual child and their whanau. What I noticed in particular is the wonderful ratios for children to teachers - It is a truly a special place, with beautiful teachers and a gorgeous natural, outdoor setting. “I would give Casa a 100 star rating if I could. Both my children have absolutely thrived under the care of the beautiful team at Casa. All the teachers care for the children if they were their own and also provide encouragement and support to parents as well. The environment is nurturing, but also inspires creativity and makes learning fun. Also having the red zone as their backyard is a major bonus. If you can, I would highly recommend sending your child here!!”

“We highly rate Portobelo! We have children in the preschool and nursery. We are consistently impressed with the caring, attentive, playful and professional nature of the teachers. There is regular communication on what activities the kids have been up to and each day at pick up they make an effort to let us know something special about their day. Their emotional and physical wellbeing is readily taken care of and the communication is efficient with regards to this. Our kids have developed bonds with their teachers and speak positively of them in our home, they really make it a great place. The set up is homely, yet modern, with great natural back yard with plenty of room - seperately for the nursery and preschool. Our kids strengths are supported, our boy is free to create amazing things and develop his problem solving skills. And our wee girl is provided with care she needs to develop independence. With regular events, we feel a part of the Portobelo community and it feels like a second family for our kids. If you are looking for a caring, enriching environment for your tamariki look no further!”
