“Well above and beyond!! Sam took very good care of my car. I came in for a cambelt change and while doing that he found a coolant leak and went extra mile to find the root cause. Then phoned and explained me the issue. Thanks to Sam's great customer service, it was a friday late afternoon. Even though he had to close at 5pm, he stayed longer until he find the radiator replacement and made sure the leak stopped. Thanks again Sam. I 100% recommend this guy.”

“Had a battery and charger fitted A year or 2 ago in our caravan and had a prob with the charger not working when we were down in Queenstown. Dropped the workshop a photo and email and they booked me 2 days later. It was replaced , installed under warranty and Sparks also charged and checked my battery and gave me some good advice on charging etc- and all no charge! “This past weekend we copped a sudden (unpatchable) flat tire while in Rolleston. Bridgestone Rolleston was just down the road so I gave them a call 40 mins before they closed to see if they could help us out. They told us to drop in, so by the time we got the spare on we arrived after 11.30am (closing time 12pm). Angad and his colleague (didn’t get the second name sorry) replaced both front tyres for us in record time and we were rolling out at 12.02pm. Price was reasonable and service was impeccable. Thanks for helping us out at short notice on a busy Saturday, we really appreciated it!”

They were patient with me when I was having difficulty bringing my car in due to work commitments, when I finally got in they got it all sorted, explained the process to me clearly. They had a loan car for me while mine got fixed, when I returned to get my car not only was it perfectly fixed like nothing had happened but they had cleaned it up inside and out!! They had buffed out my kids fingerprints and the car looks brand new! Above and beyond. Also so friendly, so easy to deal with and the nice man there even gave my kids some lollies after checking with me if it was OK!!!
