“The receptionist, nurse & doctor that looked after me at 4am last night were all so attentive & kind. Whilst I was there other patients were also treated in the same timely manner. Even though upon hearing how much of a busy and eventful night they had, the nurse and doctor both treated me in a relaxed tone and were both so helpful with any questions I had. Also being treated with medication I hadn’t used before, the nurse was attentive in staying with me and showing me how to use it. I was quite anxious having to go to a late night doctor & left feeling so much better & not just because of the medication but also the way I was treated.
