    Absolutely hopless my wifes passport went missing I rang they put me through to passport control and then a recorded voice said we are busy next appointment is in 3 weeks. We fly in 5 days

    All these low star reviews are the fault of the people writing them. I had a super easy time getting my passport was told clearly what to bring and the passport arrived within 2 weeks. it was abit pricey but thats not there fault. Remember a JOP can't be a reference.

    Essentially online service only don't even bother with the phone. They could just automate that message and save everyone's time.

    Went with my grandma to renew her passport. They were so friendly and kind to her. We filled everything as we should have and got two photos from Life Pharmacy in Commercial Bay next door to the Australia Consulate building, as they do very high quality photos. She got her new passport in a week and all is well. Thank you again for the great service and guidance.
