“I don’t know his name but the store assistant working in the Queen Street location was my life saver today. He noticed as soon as I entered the store the heavy textbooks I was carrying and straight away offered me a bag to put them in, he has a hilarious humor too!! He was so helpful with finding the right shoe size for me, I went into Hype to buy a new pair of shoes as the boots I was wearing were giving me real bad blisters. He was so patient with me and super understanding. He’s a real superstar! I hope he gets promoted to a higher position, he deserves it!! More than customer service, he is genuinely just a sweet human being :) Thank you to him!!”

Location is perfect I’m a regular customer at The Coffee Club in Sylvia Park, and I always come back because of the consistently great service — especially from Janette. She’s warm, friendly, and always makes sure my coffee is made just the way I like it. Her professionalism and genuine customer care really stand out. “Honestly, I love this place. Hūnua Mini Super Markets somehow has everything you could ever need from the usual groceries and essentials to little surprises you didn’t know you were looking for. The shop may be ‘mini’, but they’ve packed so much into it that you will never leave without what you came for (and usually a few extra treats too). And the best part? The goats. Yep actual goats you can see while you’re there. It’s the most wholesome thing ever, and it made my day. The people who work there are super friendly and supplied me with everything I need to get back to uni. If you’re anywhere near Hūnua, definitely pop in. Even if you don’t need anything, go for the goats.”
