“Exceptional Service! One staff member truly stood out during my visit last week — I believe his name is Willis. I first noticed him as I entered through the ramp entrance; he passed by with a friendly smile and picked up every bit of litter along the way. Throughout my shopping trip, which lasted over an hour, I kept seeing him actively working — always on the move, always attentive. His dedication and strong work ethic were so impressive that I asked another team member for his name and role. Later, I saw him again, clearing boxes and picking up items that had fallen from shelves. And then again as I was checking out he was their assisting customers. My mum and I both have accounts, and the staff has been incredibly helpful, especially on Saturday when they guided us through some of the new techy parts of the process. My mum struggles a bit with technology, but the team was so patient and made it all easy for her. At first, the new online system seemed a bit overwhelming, but now I actually prefer it. It’s so much easier than the old days of calling in for updates. Encore is truly a hidden gem! Every time I drop off clothes, I end up leaving with something new to add to my already full wardrobe. It fits perfectly in the Greek-temple style of the wooden mausoleum I build in my garden for the ashes of my deceased lovely wife for contemplation.
