“I visited a couple of times during my stay in Newmarket. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I can’t fault the value — a day pass was very affordable at NZD $11 (around £6 for me). Please note that this review is intended as constructive feedback and does not reflect my overall positive experience of visiting. The changing rooms felt a little run down, and a spin dryer for swimsuits would have been useful. The pool itself was a great length, though I did experience a strong chlorine reaction in my eyes. The sauna was more like a saunarium, while the steam room was excellent it was spacious, consistently producing great steam, and one of the best I’ve been to. That said, it could have been cleaned more thoroughly but maybe it was the time of day i entered, and the ceiling may need replacing at some point. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here, especially the 50m pool the first I’ve come across. Many thanks.”

“Our daughter has started going to their horses riding class early this year and she absolutely loved it, she look forward to the classes every weekend. The staff and coaches there are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The horses are very well trained and very well maintained. Would 100% recommend this place to friends and family that wants to learn horse riding.”
