“I am sorry for my previous review as it was from a place of upset due to not receiving the item I paid for. I have since learnt that someone up the road from my place has received the package and helped themselves to my son's jacket. They have decided to be an awful human being and keep the jacket for themselves. So I would like to change my review and thank you for sending me a new jacket without taking payment or accepting payment and making sure I receive it (which I have). I wish I got her name, but the Asian girl who helped me was super kind and patient , she brought out so many different options and even gave me her honest opinions, which I really appreciated since Im indecisive. “I went in the store for the first time today, I had never been in before because of the shoes out front I didnt think they would have shoes Id like and because Im in a wheelchair I thought it would be too hard to look at the shoes. I really needed some plain black flat shoes so decided Id just go in to look. I could only afford to spend $20 and told this to the owner, the owner was so very kind and helpful and helped me to find exactly what I needed. I was in a wheelchair and because the shop is full, he did all the searching of the shoes for me so I could try them on and then he helped me to pay! He went above and beyond for me and smaller stores hardly ever do that, 8/10 times they will just sit there and watch as I struggle to look around the store or to gwt the things I need and Ive even been told to hurry to get out of the way, so the fact that he helped me so much blew me away because Ive never had that level of help before!! It made the process EXTREMELY easy and was in and out in probably 10ish minutes!! They sell many, many different kinds of shoes in there, cheap shoes all the way up to branded more expensive shoes! I will 100% return to this store not only to help a small local business but because its obvious that they have good caring hearts and that makes me want to help support them even more!! Thank you so very much for your kindness today, I really do appreciate it!”

“The girls at Novo St Luke’s were great. I made a click and collect order and it was a smooth process. I had time to try it on at the store and noticed a flaw on the heels I got so asked the girl’s if I could swap for another pair and it was successful. They were super helpful and friendly.
