Absolutely unprofessional and cant even speak the language. Shoes are poor quality, broke within a month of purchasing, and gave me the absolute run around, refused to give a refund, but wanted to make me take a pair that were three times the price and pay the difference. Would NEVER come again. Sack the useless staff if you want to stay open.
I met Coelette today and she was so helpful. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the shoes are great.
Lovely shoes and styles generally imported eg Italian. Sales ladies are honest re suitability and also ensure shoes fit comfortably and correctly
My wife visited this store and found it a pleasure to shop in. Staff, (I wish I had names, sorry), were only to happy to help by sourcing a size from another store. The next day when shoes arrived and did not match the dress, was not a problem for staff either. Impressed with people skills and professionalism. The leather quality of the shoes is exceptional. Highly rate this staff and Pukekohe store.

Just been in the store for the first time. Impressed with the helpful and knowledgeable staff, particularly the store manager (I assume she was!). They both went out of their way to help, gave me honest feedback and did not try to push a sale. I did end up finding the right shoes for me. Great service!
