Swiss meringue buttercream had the right sweetness, not too sweet, and perfect velvet texture. The colour was just perfect and the edible topper print was precise. “I used the Bloomerie for my wedding recently at Mudbrick. I am beyond impressed with how our flowers turned out, and the outcome exceeded our expectations. The bouquets, pins, and other florals around the venue turned out beautifully. I know that with the time of year (between Christmas and NY) was very tricky for florists with a lot of markets being closed, however Cathy managed to bring together our vision (Tuscan, leafy, soft colours etc), but it was still a lovely surprise for my partner and I on the big day. I want to note that it was incredibly hard to find Florists that would accommodate us at that time of year, but Cathy was one of the recommendations we were given, and she was happy to work with us and flexible with our timings. Hugely thankful for this. ”

“I just walked in to have a look but the shop was incredibly beautiful with a full of beautiful flowers and the owner was very friendly so eventually bought a bouquet for my house. I told her my budget and she offered me a good deal ones. I wouldn’t notice from the outside it was a such nice flower shop if I didn’t walk in, maybe they should make it more different or modern signage then more people would notice and love it!”
