“We had our sons 5th birthday party here. The facilities are very clean, you can sit and watch the kids easily. Lots to do, games, face painting, obviously the playground itself. The food was great in the café, as well as the party food we ordered. Would absolutely come back again.”
“Our family always enjoy dining at NY grill. The price is right with generous serving. It’s been a number of times with some at random dining and other times during a special occasion. Food maintained its consistency which is truly worth going back.”
“Lovely Service. Friendly Ambience. My Second time, eating there. First Time, the Food was Beautiful. I ordered the Same Food,Both Times. Big Breakfast,Kids Pancakes, and Kids Ribs. Ribs were a Hefty Size,as was the Amazing Big Breakfast. Pancakes were a Delight. Loved it. Thanks heaps.”
“Talented staff. Great place to have a cappuccino.”
“MICKEY the best always make my coffee so yummmm and the team always nice to me aswell thank you”
“Very cute little cafe situated in the Wallace Art Gallery with views over the extensive gardens and out to Onehunga. Everything is local and they do their own baking; their crumpets are a must-try! Menu is quite small but there's still something for everyone. Great coffee too.”
“Thank you to the one who let us watch the football game on the 1st of January. It's so much better than the Right Track Sports Cafe's customer service.”
“I’ve consistently admired the friendly yet professional service delivered by Starbucks staff across the various branches I’ve visited. Whether in New Zealand or abroad, they maintain a welcoming atmosphere and high standards, and this particular branch is no exception. Although I’ve only sampled a few beverages here, they’re the same ones I typically order, and I’m pleased to report they’re prepared with the same consistency and flavor I’ve come to expect. Cleanliness at this location is on par with other major cafés in New Zealand. One area for potential improvement is the WiFi setup. While complimentary access is appreciated, WiFi signal distribution across the store is inefficient. If you are studying or working and need to use their complementary WiFi, you may need to find good signal, which is near their office or bathroom area. This can be easily improved by relocating their modem/router, upgrading it or using a repeater.”
“The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the service is fast without feeling rushed. The coffee is always on point — rich, smooth, and served at just the right temperature. Their cabinet food is fresh and the menu options are delicious. A great local spot that never disappoints.”
“Starbucks Sylvia Park is always busy, queue is a winding road but service is always great. We went there for a takeaway, it never fails us. Back to this place for some sugar rush.”
“Really enjoyed the carrot cake, with my flat white.”
“I come to this Cafe almost every week. The location is great, right next to Woolworths, really convenient. The place is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, and the outdoor area is dog-friendly. I really enjoy their matcha and iced coffee, the Eggs Bene with rosti ,as well as some of their special dishes is always my go-to dish!”
“If you haven’t been to Greenfields Bar yet, you are seriously missing out on the greatest hidden gem in town! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with an atmosphere that's warm, inviting, and simply electrifying. The ambiance is the perfect blend of cozy and vibrant, making it the ultimate spot for a night out, whether you're with friends or just looking for a place to unwind. But let’s talk about the real star of the show—MIKE, the bartender! This man isn’t just a bartender; he’s an artist, a magician, and an absolute legend! His cocktails? Pure perfection. Every drink is crafted with expert precision, and you can tell he pours his heart and soul into every single one. Whether you're craving a classic Old Fashioned or a creative, off-the-menu masterpiece, Mike will deliver something that blows your mind. Beyond his insane mixology skills, Mike is the heart and soul of Greenfields. He’s charismatic, hilarious, and makes every guest feel like an A-lister. His ability to read the room, remember people’s favorite drinks, and keep the energy high is second to none. Need a drink recommendation? He’s got you. Want great conversation? Mike’s got stories for days. Feeling down? He’ll turn your night around in an instant. Greenfields Bar isn’t just a place to grab a drink—it’s an experience. And with Mike behind the bar, it becomes unforgettable. Do yourself a favor: go to Greenfields, ask for Mike, and prepare to have the best night of your life. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 PERFECTION!”

“Out walking group always gets good service here. Good food. Good people.”
“Hands down the most wholesome bakery. I always come here for maybe a pie or toastie and the service is top notch.”
“Fabulous coffee and lovely guy!”
“Good coffee and the dog likes the free dog biscuit”
“Soldi Coffee. Great blend and taste. Highly recommend. Very exciting space.”
“Great value. Had breakfast here because hotel breakfast was too expensive. The portions were very generous and staff were friendly. Also got sandwiches to takeaway for lunch.”
“friendly service with very delicious taste!!!”
“Favourite place to eat, come here once a week and they never disappoint!”
“I was pleasantly surprised with the food here. The big breakfast was so good. Usually when I see ciabatta on the menu it’s always hard to cut but omg this was the best, so buttery and so soft! The cabinet food was also great, classic NZ cream donut. I will be going back :)”
“Great vibe, food is delicious! Language can’t describe how good the dumplings are - we’ve finished them before taking the photo!”
“What a great place to discover. This friendly bar and restaurant about 60 metres from Waiwera beach has the relaxed beach vibe in abundance. Inside there is a restaurant end with about 8 tables, then there is a bar area which opens into a covered outdoor area with pool table and pizza bar with wood fired pizzas. Service was friendly and functional and the business seems to be family run. Food was excellent. Best lamb shank I’ve had in ages with excellent flavours. Prawn salad was also very good. Beer was ice cold and they had a good collection of spirits as well as smoothies and non-alcoholic drinks. I think for me the relaxed atmosphere was what I enjoyed the most - like stepping into some place you’ve known all your life and instantly relaxing. Waiwera town feels a bit run down but the history with the hot pools (now closed) is interesting and it has retained its sleepy charm. If you’re going to Wenderholm consider lunch or dinner at Sugarloaf beach bar.”
“Hubby and I ordered a Mocha and a cappuccino. I was thankful the lady taking my order was able to deliver a Mocha with less syrup than usual. The cinnamon roll was delicious as always. Service was little slower than I would expect with two staff on hand and minimal/few customers, but I'm guessing this was just an onboarding moment.”
“IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY, WALKED RIGHT IN AND JUMPED ON THE FIRST SLOT MACHINE I SAW, SLIPPED A TWENTY IN AND BOOM! JACKPOT ON THE FIRST HIT! WAS VERY HAPPY!”
“Had dinner here the other night here indulging in some quality food. Never dissapoints with service everytime I come here. I ordered the king prawns, oysters, brocollini, flounder and eye fillet to share with my mother and we both left satisfied. Great value too if you have accorsplus so you can benefit from the dining discounts.”
“Food is yummy, need more sauce on kebab, not a huge range of sauce available either”
